During my career, working for many organisations on major projects, I have been able to efficiently and effectively set up project systems to meet project requirements. I can distil project requirements into easily usable formats, develop project specific quality plans and procedures and can work with your Clients to get these approved in a collaborative manner.
Working for contractor organisations, I have established quality management systems on major projects such as Tideway, East London Line, CTRL as well as contract specific systems for contracts when working for Laing and Sir Robert McAlpine. I have also worked closely with Tier 2 and 3 organisations to help them set up/modify their own systems to be compatible with major project requirements.
