I have in depth experience of producing tender documentation for contractors and reviewing tender submissions for Clients. As part of the Client Team on Crossrail, I was responsible for the review and scoring of all contractor quality submissions. I have also worked on tender submissions for Contractor organisation on projects such as Heathrow and HS2.
