ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION SUPPORT
I have a wealth of experience in the development of bespoke management systems. I have worked with many supply chain organisations, both in the UK and Europe, and offer support on how to develop and launch best practice management systems in these types of organisations.
I have developed and launched bespoke management procedures on 2 major multi-national infrastructure Joint Venture Contractor organisations. In both cases the management systems were certified to the ISO 9001 standard current at the time. I also managed one of the above systems through the transition process from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.
COLLABORATIVE WORKING
I have experience in the authoring of Relationship Management Plans in compliance with BS11000/ISO444001.
I hold a formal BS11000 Collaborative Leaders qualification and am a Member of the Institute of Collaborative Working.
